The Dallas Arboretum

Last week we decided that we would spend today at The Dallas Arboretum. Thankfully, it turned out to be a really beautiful day!!! We actually got a bit sunburnt. As many of you know, Keelie is a mess. I knew that it was going to be a trying day with her. Katy loves posing for the camera, so we got a lot more great shots with her. We did get a few cute ones with Kee, but none with them together to write home about...or blog about.

Mallory Kate Kuykendall

has arrived! She made her arrival Tuesday, March 24th, at around 4pm. She weighed in at 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and was 19 inches long. We are so blessed to have such wonderful friends in Allan and April and we are VERY happy that they have added this beautiful new addition!

This is Katy when she was 6 weeks old with my mom and my aunt, Jan. Jan passed away in August of 2006, so Katy won't remember her. At the time of this picture, she had cancer and I wanted to make sure I had all of the pics of her that I could with Katy while she was still with us!

How ironic is it that one of Katy's favorite movies is Rocky III...



















Well...I meant for this to be a really cute picture of her in her Spring outfit in the Bluebonnets. As you can see, it is a cute picture, only she cried the ENTIRE time!!!

Brynn's 3rd Birthday

Katy and Keelie had so much fun at Chuck E Cheese for Brynn's 3rd birthday! Katy is still afraid of both Chuck E Cheeses; the one nailed down and the one that walks around! Keelie wanted so badly to play in the big play house with the slide...but she was still too little. She just doesn't understand! Brynn had the best time of all! She was running around, playing, and I don't even think she stopped to eat! She got LOTS of great presents too! We had a lot of fun! One really cute thing that Katy does now...she calls Brynn, Brynnie! It is so cute!

The Sixth Floor Museum

Today, we spent our anniversary together! It was a really fun day! Both of the girls were with Rob's parents, so we got to just do whatever we wanted!!! We slept in until 8:30!!! Wow! Who would have thought that 8:30 would be sleeping late??? Then we left and ate lunch at La Madeline (the potato soup was awesome). Then we were off to The Sixth Floor Museum. Neither of us had been there since high school, so it felt like the first time. They have an audio tour that you listen to as you go through, so it was very informative!

I had a lot of fun taking pictures of Rob and of the architecture!
